- Before Loading a New Article
- Make sure every article is Verdana font and 10 point before pasting. This is automatic if you type the article directly into the box.
- Your email address and name must be entered. Enter your name as you want it to appear in the article. Type in your pen name if you do not wish to use your name (i.e., Scoop, Administrator, Staff Writer, etc..)
- ALL article titles should include the age group (9U, 10U...etc)
- Have you checked spelling?
- Steps To Load a New Article
- Choose category "New Article"
- Type or Paste the article in the body of the "Intro Text (Required)" window
- If you do not have a picture to load with this article, click "Submit" below and to the right. If you do have a picture, follow instructions below and then click "Submit".
- Before Uploading a Picture
- If possible, use the proper image size (Max Width:600px - Max Height:400px). Best image size should be 550x350 at 96 DPI. Load picture even if you can not make it the proper size.
- Picture maximum file size is 2meg
- Picture file name must be all lower case
- Steps To Upload a Picture
- Upload using "Introtext Image". The picture will not display.
